In a concise one-hour course, attorneys will gain a fresh perspective on the ethics of settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, mediation presentations, and arbitration.
Ethics in Alternative Dispute Resolution combines academic research and practical ideas into an easy to adapt format for effective and efficient presentations. The course is provided without cost as a service to members of the Florida Bar and qualifies for one hour of ethics continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
