Doyle Conflict Resolution is pleased to host a seminar on How to Prepare Your Case and Your Client for Mediation on Friday, March 14th from 12:00pm-1:00pm at 9132 Strada Place North, Suite 401.
The course material was developed by Robin Doyle based on his years of professional experience in the litigation process as both a trial lawyer and a mediator. In a concise one-hour course, attorneys will gain a fresh perspective on preparing the case for mediation including selection of a mediator, timing of mediation, the mediation summary, effectively communicating with clients and the mediator, and developing a plan of action for negotiations.
How to Prepare Your Case and Your Client for Mediation combines academic research and practical ideas into an easy to adapt format for effective and efficient settlement discussions. The course is provided without cost as a service to members of the Florida Bar and qualifies for one hour of continuing legal education (CLE) credit.
